I specialise in reducing body fat and improving body composition. With many of my clients, our goal has been to improve physical appearance by lowering their body fat whilst improving their lean muscle tissue, strength and performance. During a typical training session I usually include: mobility and corrective movement pattern work if needed. Besides training those who just want to look and feel better, I train pre and post natal mothers, hypertensive, arthritic and diabetic clients as well as those needing rehabilitation work.
I recognise that everyone has different reasons for training; consequently all training sessions are tailored to the individual's needs. Training can be arranged in Hampstead and surrounding areas. Operating primarily out of the Hampstead studio directly adjacent to the highstreet. Training can also be arranged at your home or work gym.
My client base includes high performance professionals, celebrities and professional sportspeople who rely upon my discretion.

Previously playing a high standard of professional football, I have continuously thrived in a sports environment. Learning and developing as an athlete has instilled in me respect, discipline and hard work which has led to my success within the industry. Keeping abreast of scientific development in the Health and Fitness sector, I am constantly developing my knowledge and understanding of both physical fitness, nutrition and how to optimize performance, movement and fat loss for clients.
