Mitch Harding founded MitchFit in 2015, since then he has helped hundreds of local residents in the NW3 area of London improve their health and wellbeing. Previously playing professional football the Bristol born 24 year old has become the go-to fitness professional for high performing and busy professionals. His philosophy is that 'Training should be fun, target the right areas for the individual and never forget why you started keeping in mind your most important goals'. 

Mitch graduated from the European Institute of Fitness in 2014.
